On being an artist....I don’t take myself too seriously. It has to be fun or I’m probably not interested. I rise early, get my coffee and favorite doggie...head to my studio, look for something so beautiful it makes my heart happy, try to put it on canvas with thick, juicy strokes. Painting with 6 friends once a week or more, walks along the Guadalupe River...a dream come true! Hope my paintings make your heart happy, too!
